On Thursday May 15th TRUE Skool participants had access to New York City breakdancing icon, Ana “Rokafella” Garcia, notable Washington, D.C. muralist, Cita Sadeli (CHELOVE), and Colorado-based MC, Aja Black. Listen to the live podcast interview, the visiting teaching artists will broke out into workshops where they started the early stages of developing some dope new artworks, music and dance routines. All three artists will return to Milwaukee not only as headline performers but also to showcase their collaborative creations at TRUE Skool’s annual city-wide block party on July 27th, 2019 at the Marcus Center for the Performing Arts.
